1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 88okbajee, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you enter into a binding agreement with 88okbajee and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and 88okbajee and supersede any prior representations, whether oral or written.

88okbajee reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Where proof of age cannot be established to our satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed. Any winnings accrued prior to successful age verification may be withheld.

Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account. 5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

• Bets are final once confirmed. Bet cancellation requests will not be accepted after a wager has been accepted by the platform, except in cases of obvious pricing errors.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Suspension & Closure

88okbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) the player's account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) a regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement request requires us to do so; or (d) the continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held securely and released upon conclusion of the investigation if the account is found to be compliant. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold the balance to cover costs, losses, and any amounts owed to the platform by the player.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

12. Governing Law & Disputes
